EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This document lists the risks for the exploitation of knowledge. Therefore global risks are collected that apply to exploitation in general. In addition for all exploitable items it is assessed which of the risks are applicable. Further the risks are rated regarding probability and importance for FLYSAFE which provides the opportunity to all partners to define their individual exploitation strategy.

The background of the document is to guide the exploitation process and to address risks early in the project that might have a negative impact on the further use of the knowledge. Therefore this document helps to gain the maximum benefit of the knowledge created during FLYSAFE.
