EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The purpose of this document is to describe the Intelligent Crew Support (Int-CS) Systems being developed within FLYSAFE and its benefits for civil airliner aircrews. The three Int-CS systems being developed are the ‘Approach Router’, the Intelligent Crew Support (ICS) System, and the Weather Interpretation Module.

The scope of the document includes:
Int-CS crew-support concepts;
The Application Programmer’s Support Environment (APSE) for the ICS system;
System architectures and interfaces;
PTE scenarios and test cases.
