The objective of this work package is to disseminate the results of FLYSAFE and information about the project as widely as possible outside the consortium. This will include the following steps:
* Production of FLYSAFE results and information documentation
* Creation or co-ordination of creation of FLYSAFE dissemination documents
* Dissemination of selected information using Internet
* Organisation of the dissemination activities towards the Commission, aeronautical industrial sector and other concerned companies, authorities and committees
* Interfacing with other European programmes interrelated with FLYSAFE
* Organise and hold a education/PR-day at the NLR facilities
* Presentations of FLYSAFE and its results at congresses and fairs

Our main target for dissemination will be the end-users, our future customers, and the authorities that will be involved in the implementation of the on-ground and on board systems.
* Airlines
* Weather authorities (standardisation, qualification, worldwide organisation)
* Aviation authorities (certification, standardisation)
Important in this context are the "education days" (held at the NLR facilities) where the full functioning FLYSAFE system will be educated and in simple form trained to the most relevant parties (decision makers, commercial and technical personnel).
Four annual forums are planned in the scope of dissemination of results and feedback from various stakeholders.
