AIRBUS France, as large European aircraft manufacturer more specifically in charge of the cockpit part of the Airbus aircraft, will contribute to the project by providing airframers’ guidelines for the design of the new systems, and their implementation. Airbus France will mainly participate in WP1: Operational assessment, WP2.3: on-board weather management (systems) and WP5.1: NG ISS Architecture & I/O configuration and of course WP6: Evaluation & results assessment.[ company details ]

Eurocopter Deutschland main focus will be on MMI aspects of the next generation integrated surveillance systems. Special attention will be given to the Display and Audio management, especially for helicopter applications.
